Was very happy with the work that was done on my house, Ed did a fantastic job and the final product was great.

I had called around several companies for a small patch work but the. grant came by and offered us a a good view of things we can benefit from. James and his crew came out to do the job quickly and efficiently. Very grateful for their speedy work during these heat advisory days. Job looks great and house feels cooler thanks to some new rigid vents and patched up some of our other issues. Will recommend

Had been waiting for another contractor to install siding for 14 months. Finally released him and got several quotes. Kyly with Southshore listened to what I wanted and answered all the questions. His price good and offer was accepted. Project mgr David was on top of the installers and made sure the job was done as proposed. We received a notice from our homeowners insurance about having to replace or repair our good 11 yr old roof or they would not renew our policy. Frantically looking for a quote and what I could do to get this resolved I stumbled across SouthShore Roofing. They sent a polite and thorough young man out to assess our roof. He walked us through what he was going to do. When he was done, he explained his findings and our options. They didn’t push a new roof, instead they offered a roof repair and rejuvenation which would suffice the insurance requirements and buy us some time to properly prepare for a total roof replacement in the near future. I couldn’t be happier that I found this company to help us through this stressful time. The work was done in a timely manner, the crew was respectful of our property, and they were pleasant to work with all the way through. We were able to renew our policy and our roof looks great! Our roof replacement went off without a hitch. The team worked in very hot conditions and stayed on the roof working through a rain storm. Site was cleaner after than most I’ve seen after they were done. Had a couple of minor post-install issues that David handled quickly and professionally. Happy customer.

You will not find a better roofing co in Sun City Center. From the initial contact to the cleanup at the end, everyone is professional and polite. The install crew, lead by Darrell, was phenomenal! And one thing we really appreciated was how Southshore Roofing & Exteriors treated the crew. Plenty of water, sodas, lunch break and time to còol off. A company that truly appreciates the hard work of the crew. We were 100% satisfied.

Where do I begin? Eric and James…. These guys uphold a standard of professionalism that is incomparable. The roofing team did absolutely an amazing job!! The attention to detail and quality of work that went into this roof I am still in amazement! They truly went the extra mile to make sure this roof was above and beyond the standard. For example, they had a good start on laying the shingles and decided that they didn’t like he way that batch was made so they took it upon themselves to pull them off and order a new batch to ensure it would meet their standards! Tell me what other company out there would go that far to ensure the highest level of quality possible? I have the best roof in the entire neighborhood and didn’t have to sell a vital organ for it! Let’s be honest, you get what you pay for usually, but with this company you get so much more! I’m not much on leaving reviews, but I leave this review with hopes that someone can have the most amazing experience ever and have something that not only they are proud of, but keep their family safe and in the dry for years to come! Southshore did a full hardie board siding replacement on my house as well as guest house. They also refaced my chimney with brick, installed gutters, tongue and groove ceilings, new soffit/ fascia, and had everything pressure washed and cleaned before everything was painted. They did a great job. All the crews they sent out were very professional and helpful. It was a big job but everything came out great. Would highly recommend them.

They showed up ahead of schedule and started bright and early and finished in the same day before the late afternoon storms rolled in. Also, when getting quotes initially they were the only company that went in to my attic to inspect from the inside as well. Everything was quick, painless, and professionally done!

If you need a new roof look no further. From the first contact we had with the company till the project was done the level of service we received was beyond our expectations. Derrick was phenomenal and gave came us an incredibly detailed estimate and proposal. He actually went up on the roof to inspect it, unlike other companies who gave us an estimate without even assessing the roof first. They sent a crew of at least 10 people and the job was completed in 1 day!! They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend them.

I poked around for a yr or 2, I met Derrick by chance n made him work for my business. He did a great job selling his company and bragged that they were who he was telling me they were....and they are. The roof was done on time and with little to no mess other than what's normal for replacing one. The crew was respectful and seemed dedicated to providing quality. After the job completed I had a roofer buddy (younger yrs) of mine come over get up there with me to see what he said. I was told they did it right.👍 Take that for what you will, I took comfort in it and enough so I'm writing a 5 star...that doesn't happen very often. Thank you Derrick n crew, you all earned it!!!

Terrific job on my roof, I’d recommend to anyone. Entire team was professional, and did exactly as they said they would do. There was a problem with the skylight and they corrected it without hesitation. The roof is absolutely beautiful.

I was lucky enough to have Jason Wilchowski (project specialist) as a first line point of contact. He arrived on time for the consultation, personally walked me through the process, what to expect, and how to compare other roofing companies. The proposal was given to me within 24 hours. He was very personable and had incredible customer service. He was always available to answer questions before the start date of replacing my roof. All of my expectations were met. The job site supervisor James Register kept me up to date of the process and I have to add he also had incredible customer service as well. I’ve compared other companies and this company was not the cheapest one but I went with my gut because of the integrity and knowledge Jason presented. I’m very thankful for the experience. Jason and James make a great team and they both follow through with what they say. I will recommend this company, but more specifically Jason and James for anyone that needs high quality work with good value.

I had the pleasure of working with Grant and James on my roof repair. My house passed a 4-point inspection only a few months ago when i purchased it, but after the first heavy rain i noticed the garage leaking from the ceiling. Grant came out within a few hours and noticed there was an improper install of the previous roof, but the extent of the damage seemed minimal and caught early. He provided me with a temporary seal to prevent further damage until the crew could get out there. James was the project manager when the job started and he was very courteous and professional and kept me updated throughout the day as they replaced the damaged plywood and installed the new shingles. They completed the job in 1 day and my roof looks fantastic! I could not recommend a better company!

Eric was my first contact with SouthShore. He arrived early for my appointment and was through and provided excellent communication. James was the project manager assigned to the team installing my new roof. He was on site, explained everything the team was doing and then came back promptly to do the final walk through. Both James and Eric not only provided great initial communication, but were fast and efficient at responding to any questions. The team actually installing the roof was great. All of the guys onsite were professional and friendly. They did a great job cleaning up after. You would never know they were here. Happy with my new 25 year roof. Would highly recommend SouthShore!
