SouthShore Roofing's estimate was about the same as the others; perhaps a little lower in price. But the estimator was far more intricate in finding out what needed to be done, took the time to listen to what I needed, and was happy to work with me on the minor changes that needed to be made to the work order.Once I decided to go with them, the communication was always prompt and professional. They showed up on time and whizzed through the project, completing the roof in two days. The soffit and fascia took an additional 2 1/2 days to complete. The workers were always polite and professional. And the resulting work looks great and is warrantied as well.I'm impressed. I would use them again. Read Less

Which I was prepared to replace if needed, only to be told to save the money because the existing insulation is fine.
