I had a great experience with Southshore roofing and exteriors. I contacted Southshore to replace the siding on my home after a tree was blown into my home by hurricane Milton. They removed the old vinyl siding and installed Hardie Board and Batten. It is absolutely beautiful! From the salesman Jordan, to the project manager David and the excellent crew of Walter and Angel run by Kevin, they did an exceptional job! They paid attention to all the details, were very meticulous, very respectful of my property, and listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. They went above and beyond. I recommend them 100%.

Southshore replaced all the siding on my house following a hurricane. They were prompt workers coming early and staying late. They did a great job and we were very pleased. A special thank you to Brad Wallace, the project manager for answering all our questions and helping us throughout the process! Another huge thank you to Andy Craney for the immense help with insurance and choosing the best product. He was always available for any questions and support the entire proces!

My roof was installed in a timely fashion and was a good experience. From my initial quote by Daniel Accurso, who went up on the roof (as well as inside my attic) to take many "before" photos for me, to Brad Wallace, the project site manager, who provided updates throughout the whole process. This included photos of the work during the process showing the plywood that was replaced, etc. Additionally, he was readily available when I had questions after the installation. Also, the office staff, Ashley Small among them, couldn't have been nicer and more professional when I needed assistance!

Quality workmanship and a quick timeline start to finish on my exterior framing and hardboard job. Victor and Brad made it easy to understand and answered all my questions to make me feel at ease and understand it all. Thank you

I had a terrific experience with Southshore Roofing. I’ve been a homeowner for more than 40 years but have never had a roof replaced. I was very diligent about selecting a company, and got 5 estimates for my project. They were not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but they were the hands down best value to me. I selected Southshore because of the exceptional efforts of their original contact, and was very well pleased by the crew that did the work. Throughout the process they worked with me as I made changes to the effort, and treated me and my property with utmost respect. I strongly recommend them.

Great crew and quality work! After hurricane Milton we had some roof damage on our 11 year old shingles. Southshore's response time and pricing were great. The installation crew was fast and polite; happy to answer any concerns that I had. Project manager David and our Sales rep Derrick were very responsive. The new roof looks great and will last for decades.

From start to finish they did a great job. Special thanks to Jason Worley for being patient, kind, and informative from the beginning. As well as a special thanks to the progress site manager Brad Wallace. We appreciate you answering all of our questions, plus your follow through assuring the completion of a great job. I'd like to give a shout out to Brad, who was my site manager. His team came and went straight to work. They killed it. It was all done in one day. I'm very appreciative that they could do everything so quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and left no debris behind. I'll be glad come hurricane season knowing I have a high quality roof. Thanks Brad!!

I had an amazing experience with SouthShore!!! Could not recommend more. From Eric the sales manager, to the protect manager Brad Wallace and his exceptional team of guys: David did our soffits, facias and Gutters and he was outstanding, Kevin’s team did an incredible job hanging out Hardie Board siding and Diego’s team knocked out the stucco for an unbelievable finished product. Could not be happier and highly recommend 100%!!!

I had a great experience working with Grant from SouthShore to repair our roof after we lost several ridge caps and a couple rows of shingles due to Hurricane Ian. Even though our damage was relatively minor compared to folks further south, SouthShore treated us with the same care and attention as a customer with a much larger job. The work performed was excellent and they even took time to follow up with me on a few minor issues afterwards. I will definitely hire them again. Update January 2025 - worked with SouthShore again for a full roof replacement this time (compliments of Hurricane Milton). Brad Wallace was lead for this job and did an outstanding job communicating with us throughout. His crew was top notch and did an amazing job - couldn’t be happier with the quality, price, and timeliness of their work.
