New insurance company told me I had a patch of asphalt shingle roofing that needed repair and only had 15 days to get it completed. I contacted Derek at SouthShore roofing by recommendation of my neighbor who was dealing with the same issue.Can't say enough good things about the company, the workmanship and cleanliness of the job they did.But what really impressed me was the honesty of their rep Derek Scheeler He could have easily sold me on getting an entire roof replacement, but after going up on the roof and physically inspecting EVERY row of shingles, he told me what great shape my 15 year old roof was/is in and I should expect another 8 to 10 years before replacement.SouthShore completed the work within 10 days of estimate and the insurance company was happy.Highly highly recommend Derek if you need an honest appraisal!!

I worked with Michael and his crew on a project I needed done and I could not be more happy. They were great! Very professional and courteous. Also always on time and respectful of my time. Michael was a great communicator and keep the lines of communication open with me through the entire process. I will definitely be using them again for another reno project I am planning and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, hardworking, professional, quality people!

Derek Scheeler was so very helpful from start to finish. He was available for last minute phone calls and changes along the way. He kept us updated through out the process. Thank you sooooooooooo much to SouthShore Roofing & Exteriors. My old dimensional roof was 23 years and needing to be replaced. Even though the old roof looked okay, it had lost its r-value coating and also had some issues after Hurricane Milton and Helene. I was trying to hold off until after 25 years but then I had some water damage in my master bedroom. The good lord was telling me to do it now!!Big time thank you's and shout outs to Victor (Sales Writer), David (Production Manager), Daniel (Roof Leader), Kevin and Eric (Stonework and Masonry), and Melissa (Schedules). When I developed the leak, Victor came out quickly and assessed my roof condition above and in the attic. I got an estimate and Melissa got me on the schedule without delay.David and Daniel were both incredibly helpful and made sure I was done right. You never know exactly what you're dealing with until the shingles come off. I needed 20 roof boards, new chimney flashing and stonework, and a new chimney roof beam truss. The roofing crew were beyond awesome and made sure everything was done correctly and bulletproof. Kevin and Eric did an outstanding job with the difficult chimney stonework.Southshore Roofing was absolutely amazing and I am truly grateful. There prices are very reasonable and affordable, including any extra work that's needed. I'm also looking forward to seeing Kyle for a wind mitigation. Kyle actually was my first contact with Southshore Roofing and he was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks again and enjoy the pictures.

I hired them to do the full siding and window replacement of the house, they did an amazing job, communication was outstanding and they went above and beyond to fix some unexpected issues, I cannot recommend them enough, thanks to David and specially Kevin’s team.
