The workers were quick and efficient and professional. In addition we wanted to have a gutter system installed to divert heavy rain water to the sides of the house as we plan on having an lanai extension and Sean knew exactly how to get it done. Even after the roof was done Sean made contact a few times to check and see if the roof was holding up and if we were pleased with the replacement. Sean Stuart, the Project Specialist, was the most professional, responsive, and respectful representative I encountered in my search for a reputable roofing company to replace our roofs. He met with all of us for as long as we needed to ask questions and get informed about Southshore Roofings services and procedures. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it. So refreshing !!...Sean was largely why all three of our homes have new roofs by Southshore. Some of the companies I contacted never even called me back. one company scheduled a meeting with myself and my two neighbors, and I spoke with him after he didn't show up for our meeting, and he said he forgot about the meeting ! The crews are employees of Southshore and are experienced and hard working to the man. They respected our property by covering all of our landscaping to prevent any damage, and cleaned up when they were done each day they were here. I highly recommend Southshore Roofing and Exteriors. SouthShore Roofing's estimate was about the same as the others; perhaps a little lower in price. But the estimator was far more intricate in finding out what needed to be done, took the time to listen to what I needed, and was happy to work with me on the minor changes that needed to be made to the work order.Once I decided to go with them, the communication was always prompt and professional. They showed up on time and whizzed through the project, completing the roof in two days. The soffit and fascia took an additional 2 1/2 days to complete. The workers were always polite and professional. And the resulting work looks great and is warrantied as well.I'm impressed. I would use them again. Read Less

Their attitude was always positive, and they made sure that I was happy with every single detail before requesting the second half of the payment.I had my whole house's siding replaced as the OG wood was rotten. They not only did an excellent and quick job, but kept me up to date with pictures when I couldn't be there in person. They checked my insulation. Which I was prepared to replace if needed, only to be told to save the money because the existing insulation is fine. With a picture proving it.My home looks 10x better than before, and it while it wasn't the cheapest job to hire for in the world, I'm glad I went with South shore. Read Less
