They installed my new roof and are going to install my gutters as well. The Crew they sent must have been the A team. They worked very professionally and respected my property. At the end of the day,they cleaned up,couldnt tell they were here. Im definitly recommending them.

What a very satisfying roofing experience. Southshore Roofing and Exteriors was responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. I am managing my rental property from far away and Brad was ready and willing to work around my timing and ability to travel as well as get the job completed as quickly as possible with limited disruption. In addition, I appreciated how responsive and thorough Deavin was through the full process, especially as my garage roof is shared with my neighbor. Their attention to detail regarding clean up and information about structural repairs was also outstanding. Deavin was patient and understanding and communicative. I have a few rentals and Southshore has done several full roofs including my residence. Brad was particularly helpful working through each project and everything was done on time and to my satisfaction. The crews were neat and cleaned up everything afterwards and these guys are the only roofers I would use these last few years.

I wanted to give a public shout out to SouthShore Roofing and especially James the project manager for the repairs/pressure washing/painting at our townhouse complex. First off the crew was one of the most professional and productive work crews we have ever had out here. After completion on my building I noticed a ladder and extension cord were missing and reached out to James to see if his guys had accidentally grabbed them thinking they were their's. I use them often for work and relayed my need for them as well as my frustration they were misplaced. I didn't think they stole them, I figured they were just gathered with their own ladders, cords, hoses etc. James understood my aggravation and immediately went to Lowe's and bought the missing items and brought them to my house without question. I was surprised and grateful for the replacement. His actions show his character and set him apart from others. I appreciate him realizing the burden of replacement costs, and immediately making it right. His crew did a top notch job and I would absolutely recommend a company that has a leader like this working for them. Thank you James!

I had a great experience with Southshore roofing and exteriors. I contacted Southshore to replace the siding on my home after a tree was blown into my home by hurricane Milton. They removed the old vinyl siding and installed Hardie Board and Batten. It is absolutely beautiful! From the salesman Jordan, to the project manager David and the excellent crew of Walter and Angel run by Kevin, they did an exceptional job! They paid attention to all the details, were very meticulous, very respectful of my property, and listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. They went above and beyond. My roof was installed in a timely fashion and was a good experience. From my initial quote by Daniel Accurso, who went up on the roof (as well as inside my attic) to take many "before" photos for me, to Brad Wallace, the project site manager, who provided updates throughout the whole process. This included photos of the work during the process showing the plywood that was replaced, etc. Additionally, he was readily available when I had questions after the installation. Also, the office staff, Ashley Small among them, couldn't have been nicer and more professional when I needed assistance!

We love our new gutters, they look great and blend seamlessly into the house. From quote to installation so was quick and we appreciate the open communication from Jason and Brad. Highly recommend!
