My roof was leaking around one of my cast-iron vent pipes, and Brad and David took care of it efficiently and effectively. They even sent a crew out over the weekend. David, as project manager, was exceptionally communicative. He responded to all my text and followed through within minutes of my text. I really appreciated their customer service skills and work ethic. In addition to great service, I had two other estimates on the same job from other companies and they were double the price!!! So great customer service and reasonably priced! I will be using this company for gutters soon and for replacing a new roof within the next few years. I had a whole roof replacement done in August of 2025. I contacted three roofing companies to get quotes for the work and Southshore was in the middle cost wise, but the sales rep Jason Worley was by far the best communicator. He worked with me to reviewed exactly what I needed done, gave me multiple options and helped me settle on a final package price that was fair. The roofers arrived promptly at 7 when they said they would on the day they were scheduled. The team leads communicated clearly with me on what areas they needed clear and everything that would be covered. The supervisor gave me his cell and checked in throughout the job with updates. The entire roof was completed in a day and a half, and they spent multiple hours going around the yard with a magnet cleaning up and picking up nails. I have two dogs and I felt they did a great job making the yard safe again. The new wind mit and the city inspector were both scheduled and completed within three days of the job completion, Southshore took care of everything. Overall the company was priced lower than I thought, they did the job on the day they said they would and communicated well with me throughout. Jason Worley was great to work with and the main reason I went with Southshore. I’d recommend them, and have already, to friends and family.

I highly recommend Southshore Roofing for their outstanding service. We previously had our roof replaced by Rainier Roofing (not recommended) just five years ago, which means our roof is still under warranty. However, we encountered a leak and found out that the installation was poorly done in multiple areas. After contacting Rainier to fix the issues, they placed me in their queue, but ultimately stopped responding while the leak continued to cause problems. Given the urgency of the situation, I had to seek alternative assistance. Thankfully, I was able to work with Daniel Olsen, who is by far the most exceptional professional I have worked with. He has successfully managed several of my properties and is now employed by Southshore. They efficiently resolved the issue at a fair price. Southshore is a highly personable company that delivers on their promises. Definitely ask to work with Daniel Olsen when you call Southshore roofing.

They installed my new roof and are going to install my gutters as well. The Crew they sent must have been the A team. They worked very professionally and respected my property. At the end of the day,they cleaned up,couldnt tell they were here. Im definitly recommending them.

The whole service went so quick and great the crew came in the day roof was done got right to work they did a great job on roof and siding the whole house looks completely different i have had a lot of compliments on the job I definitely recommend Southside to everybody.

SouthShore did our siding and painting. They did an incredible job. It looks Like we have a brand new house and we are very pleased with the results. The project manager we worked with was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Deavin was responsive, efficient and always kept me updated on my mother in laws house. I help my mother in law when it comes to these things and I am not nearby and Deavin went above and beyond for me. Thank you. A little expensive I would say but I am a believer you get what you pay for.

What a very satisfying roofing experience. Southshore Roofing and Exteriors was responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. I am managing my rental property from far away and Brad was ready and willing to work around my timing and ability to travel as well as get the job completed as quickly as possible with limited disruption. In addition, I appreciated how responsive and thorough Deavin was through the full process, especially as my garage roof is shared with my neighbor. Their attention to detail regarding clean up and information about structural repairs was also outstanding. Deavin was patient and understanding and communicative. I greatly appreciated all of the pictures as the job was assessed and completed. Both my tenant and neighbor were very impressed. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you all!

Corey and his team are world class. He’s truly running a phenomenal company. If you need your roof replaced or inspected- from one roofing contractor to another, Corey is one of the good ones.

I have a few rentals and Southshore has done several full roofs including my residence. Brad was particularly helpful working through each project and everything was done on time and to my satisfaction. The crews were neat and cleaned up everything afterwards and these guys are the only roofers I would use these last few years.
